I love this team! I visited The Smile Company at the end of June 2022. I interacted with Jayne, Vanessa, Marika, and Megan and couldn't have been more impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, personality, and care. Every interaction whether it be through email, text, phone, or in person was friendly and helpful. I will certainly be going back and my partner is excited to switch to them. I only have heaps of praise for this team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a better dental experience!

I have been to quite a few different dentists and I can truthfully say that this company has given me the best experience. I was looked after by reception really well, and got sent lots of appointment reminders which was really excellent. The dentist and assistant (Tom and Hayley) were super friendly and informative as they did my three fillings. I liked that they used a rubber mouth guard thing to stop the stuff going down my throat which was a new but good experience. I also thought that the numbing injections were really good and not scary/painful at all.

The loveliest experience! Easy check up then my dog chipped my tooth twice in one week... Tom and the team made me feel super comfortable (irrational fear of dentists!) whilst fixing it up fabulously. Would highly recommend thanks team!

It has been over a decade since I have set foot inside a dental clinic and i am glad I chose The Smile Company to break me in again. Their customer service is outstanding and friendly. Greeted with a smile and made to feel at ease. There were no nerves felt as I sat in the once dreaded dental chair. Tom and Sammy extruded professionalism through their careful planning of my treatment, their precise and down to earth manner in which they described what they were doing every step of the way. If its friendly professionalism you want from a dentist then Smile Company is the place you should be switching too. Thanks you all for turning what used to be a horrible experience into one I now look forward to.
