        Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Stood in store for at least 30 minutes and had three sales assistants standing around just talking with no offer of help. Id give negative stars if I could. Just lost a good sale and Ill never be back.

        I absolutely love the bargains you can get from Smiths. We recently bought a 5 seater lounge set from them. The sales team were absolutely exceptional and not only got us a great deal but onto a product that was even better than the original one we went into purchase. Their furniture offerings easily rival those of sone of their more fancied competitors. The team really do know their products and take the time to listen to their clients needs. We'll definitely be back!
