        Great experience today. I didnt get the mans name but he was so friendly and helpful when we were looking at flooring and even gave my son a Carpet Court Rhino. Thank you for going the extra mile and doing such a good job! Thanks again

        Terrible customer service. Still waiting on a quote since 24th January 2023 when we had a second site visit. After numerous attempts to enquire about our quote, I was given the runaround by Adrian and Robby. Still no quote to this day. Waste of time.

        Unfortunately we had a very average experience. Really average communication which caused some issues for install part of the job. The installers did do a fantastic job tho so cant fault them on that.
