Flowers In The City

I had a very pleasing experience with this florist. I needed flowers to be delivered to a home over the road. Since it was close by they delivered them at no cost for delivery fee. They walked over and handed them to the recipient. This was a very generous and much appreciated.

In response to Dana Blairs feed back. We are sorry that your original flower order was not received. After your 1st contact, we delivered flowers to the given address with confirmation from the couriers, with the order number you provided. Again with your 2nd contact saying the flowers had not been delivered we agreed to send again with the order number you provided. unfortunately the order number you confirmed was incorrect so we had delivered two bouquets to the given address. We also spoke to the recipient at the address and who confirmed she had had 2 bouquets delivered and they were beautiful. So we were confused but tried to do our best for you . After the 2nd delivery you still said you had still not received the flowers, I asked if you could please check your details again when you said oops, sorry, i gave you the wrong order number. On the correct information we were able to deliver flowers to you with an apology . We did try to rectify the problem more than once. Our customer service was not lacking as we followed up on the information that was provided by you .
