Strength&Co

As a beginner I had been wanting to start weight training for so long but didn't know where to start. I have joined other gyms in the past which led to injury as a result of very large classes at a very high pace with little trainer guidance. Justin, Jo & Cat are so passionate about providing the support and teachings each individual needs to build confidence and strength. Justins knowledge and experience is incredible, I feel so comfortable now that I am learning proper technique. The amount of one-on-one time means I have no concerns about injury, and the fun, friendly community environment they have created makes it an amazing place to train and be a part of.

My sports club has been going to Justin at Strength&Co for all our strength & conditioning training programmes for our athletes, including sessions run specifically for our athletes designed around our sport. Strength&Co has always gone above & beyond in providing really excellent programmes & training sessions to all our athletes, regardless of their experience in training. Justin and his team are always kind and respectful to both men and women, and I'd recommend Strength&Co to anyone without hesitation.
