The guy I spoke to was clueless and didnt seem Interested in upselling or even just selling what I was looking for. I went to the competition and bought what I needed.

I chose Soundline based on previous reviews and their knowledge of Sonos products. It was an excellent choice. Having earlier been sent away from another store saying I couldnt do what I was asking, when I met Terry I knew I was in good hands. An offer to come to my home to check before purchasing, and unlike other firms there was no charge, was taken up and he didnt try to oversell. The speakers and amp I was looking at would work perfectly. And we havent been disappointed. Tony, the technician, came and installed and he too was an excellent role model for the company. So now we have great sound, a perfect amp for what we wanted and a 5 star experience. Thank you.

Had good helpful sales experience at Soundline Audio. Both Terry & James were helpful, choosing the new amp and speakers that would most suit our need, and James provided really good after sales service, coming around to our house the following Monday (today), and got the tv/amp connect cable to work, & adjusted settings on the tv. He also showed us how, by rearranging some plugs & removing a surge protector, we could get clearer sound with better base. Well done!

Soundline is the best sales experience I've had for a very long time and it's because their team weren't looking for a sale. They were looking to provide me with the best result, tailored to what I wanted. And they knew what I wanted because they talked to me and then listened. The depth of experience in the shop is huge, too. And most importantly (to me) they love music more than anything. Thank you for the music!
