So we were on a holiday from Queenstown to Wellington and it was all going good till the flights got cancelled going to Rotorua and Auckland we did send an enquiring about a refund and were afraid to travel cause of the cyclone so we left Wellington to Christchurch in morning in case they cancel all flights In which they did later in afternoon But its unfair to not refund our money back because its their policy and not showing any compassion for their customers we lost almost $1200 plus our hotel only refunded us only half of our bookings All we wanted was a fair deal Which in this case Air New Zealand didnt care so thanks again Air New Zealand for looking after your business and customers
