We worked with Josh and EQ Consultants on an Engagement Survey for staff across all parts of our organisation. Josh took the time to learn about our business and the way we operate and then created the survey so it would be relevant to all. The impact of Josh taking the time meant that we had an exceptional response to the survey from the team. Josh helped us to share the findings with the staff via a Zoom meeting in the tough months of Covid lockdown and then shared the areas of opportunity for us to work through and implement change where necessary. We would totally recommend any business or organisation take the time to do a Staff Engagement Survey, it is enlightening and can only make for a better work environment. We look forward to working with Josh and EQ Consultants on next years survey as the information we received was so valuable we have decided to do the survey annually. EQ Consultants has been providing HR consulting support to Canterbury Scientific since 2016. Recently we engaged EQ to complete an Audit of our HR documentation and processes. This Audit was completed using HR Best Practice and our existing processes were assessed against current legislative requirements. The Audit was completed taking into account the company size and business practices, therefore the recommendations in the final report were practical and fit for purpose. At all times the auditor was professional and completed the audit in a timely manner, also assisting in the implementation process. We now have assurance that our HR system is current and robust. This is one of the many invaluable services that EQ have provided to the business.
