        My family and I recently used the services of My Insurance Claim to progress and settle our claim with our insurer. We found them extremely professional. They took over the process of dealing direct with the insurers, engineers and others necessary to bring the matter to a conclusion that we were very happy with. It is fantastic to know you are not alone when you engage them their experience will help you through what can be a stressful time.         The service from this company was exceptional. The gentleman representing me, who led me through the two year process was most kind and thorough, explaining everything to me and advising of the options available. I was never made to feel witless and he achieved a wonderful outcome for me. Considering that I would never have dreamed of taking on such a challenge as tackling EQC and Southern Response when it was revealed by 'My Insurance Claim' that my initial repairs were woefully and frankly dishonestly carried out, the word 'wonderful' seems wholly inadequate and i will be forever grateful to him.
