At Tonys Japanese Restaurant

Very disappointed . Booked 6pm 2 weeks ago 13 of us for a 19th birthday dinner. 15 20mins goes past . We had to order our drinks get them from the counter which was fine.had asked to turn a fan off as it was super loud and very cold for my elderly father 70yrs old they then turned on a gas heater which reeked of gas . Had also ordered before we had arrived so there fore expect it to be ready and or being processed.. by now its 640 we are getting frustrated . 645 and we where outside the restaurant considering leaving 655 now and we where just about to leave when they bring some food out by then my father was very cold and everyone was over it . Rant over ... very disappointed in Tony teppanyaki ferrymead . Riccarton tonys has never let us down like this .
