        Pretty salesy staff that push you to buy the most expensive thing they can. Haven't received a refund for nearly a month now.

        I came here to get a bracelet repaired that I had purchased at the Riccarton store only 3 months prior approx. The bracelet chain broke. On its return, it had been stained and discoloured....!!!!!!!!!! The staff were totally unhelpful and told me the staff that had sent it away prior were being extremely nice to send it away in the first place!? The bracelet broke after 3 months.... how is that being nice? That should be the bare minimum. The staff were unwilling to help. So disappointed. I will never ever shop at Michael Hill again, and advise everyone else to avoid them too.

        Had the most fantastic service from Sam at the Cashel St store! She was patient, friendly and accomodating. Made choosing engagement rings an experience to remember, we are very thankful :)
