GUYS! Why would you go anywhere else? After deciding it was the right time to propose to my partner I started researching local jewellery stores in Christchurch. Ultimately I landed with Kennett due to a prompt response to my initial online inquiry, personal staff, and a genuine feeling they were invested in me an and my partner's success 100% along the journey. Lucky for me I had discussed with my partner years ago of her perfect engagement ring which included an aqua marine as the center stone. Instead of giving me odd looks like those at Michael Hill, the team at Kennett embraced my ideas and helped me tweak one of their existing ring designs to make it my own through a fun and collaborative process, with 3D renders, and one on one sessions to pick from a selection of stones for the final design. They kept to my budget and was presented with the ring my partner always imagined. My advice, don't buy a ring off the shelf when you can design one alongside folks like Kennett and enjoy the process. You will end up with a better piece, while supporting a local company that cares about their customers. Bravo!
