I am terribly disappointed by their services and will not be recommending them, nor would I be going back again. We sent samples for lab processing. During this process; 1) We were not given a proper quote, 2) got invoiced incorrectly - more than twice the price stated on the initial quote 3) the invoice was very vague and unclear, without basic information such as unit price, or number of samples processed, 4) when I asked for clarification on the invoice and to be contacted back by phone, they emailed a different person/email and did not call me back, resulting in my needing to call back, 5) they offer a credit back for their error instead of a refund, which would require extra work on my side in order to get a refund. 6) at no point did we get an apology of any sort despite the huge mess, nor did they seem in a hurry to resolve the mess that they had made. It has resulted in a lot of unnecessary time spent on my part, and they have been unprofessional in handling this issue.
