Booked a limo online, paid the deposit, never received a confirmation. Called them, they confirmed verbally. Then came covid lockdown. Again they never bothered to contact me or attempt to arrange another date. Not customer service oriented.

After a very pleasant trip for a friends birthday, the driver at the end of the trip decided it would be funny to aggressively hit the brakes not once but twice. First time sending 3x girls flying off there seats bruising them severely. Second time sending 2x guys flying forward causing one to spill there drink on the driver the other damaging his shoes and the other male falling off his seat going forward. The driver then aggressively confronted one of the males, abusing him and threatening to assault him while he explained it was an accident. When told by another male this isnt how you do business proceeded to try and fight him also, the company is ridiculously unprofessional and I would never suggest anyone do business with them. Maybe this was a bad day, but completely uncalled for. Would suggest taking a good look at your business and how you deal with people when they pay a premium to use your service.
