I called up the OneStopDeckShop and had the privilege of dealing with Hamish. He was very patient, helpful and made it very easy for me to order the wood I needed. Even when I accidentally hung up on him, he called me straight back. When it came time to deliver the wood, I got a phone call from Shane telling me that he was on his way to deliver our order. All in all, we will be back to order more. Thanks guys

This company has been amazing. They have gone so far above and beyond it really is the best. I had an issue with the finish on my deck and they have had my back all the way. Stacy even gave me a follow up call today. I haven't seen this sort of customer care in a long time. 10 out of 10 is my score. I have been involved in properties for a long time and see what bad service is like... but these guys are old school. Thank you guys sooo much for having my back.

Absolutely above and beyond! Amazing service with impeccable communication. Building a new home isn't easy and OneStopDeckShop have been just brilliant to deal with. We really appreciate the help from start to finish.
