        I have been seeing Valerie at In Essence now for almost a year. Her massages are gentle but firm and her use of essential oils add to a wonderful calming experience. Not only does she work magic on the physical body, Valerie has also helped me deal with grief and past trauma. Everything is connected and by relaxing the physical Valerie can help release the emotional in a wonderful gentle manner. I have also found that I have been more in tune with 'me'! We are so busy being daughters, wives, work colleagues that we sometimes loose sight of who we really are. I would highly recommend Valerie for an experience that is both gentle, calming and invigorating!

        I was lucky enough to be gifted my first massage at In-essence and Ive been a customer ever since! As teacher I have a stressful and demanding job and coming here is an important part of keeping healthy letting me relax and re-centre! The use of natural oils has really helped in the recovery of my knee injury and ACL surgery to the point where my incision line is barely noticeable. Very happy (relaxed) customer!
