        Absolutely brilliant service! Salesperson was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs, honest and went out of his way to look after me and help me find the right bed. I went to a few different places, however the salesperson here really stood out and demonstrated that he cared about helping me and I was not just a dollar sign. So thank you very much!

        These men are ok until things go wrong. Then it's the it's the customer fault. Their fault there were marks on mattress. Their fault the edge of mattress was fraying. I don't think so. Then get told we had to make a claim. The mattress had not even been signed off from inspection on Sleepyhead factory. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Totally unacceptable on a $4000 item.
