        I usually shop here with my partner, we love the brand and being a loyal customer for years but today we went over to exchange a product bought on the holiday period which they didnt want change it for us, we understand that they have a exchange policy but they told us that it was going be extended for the holiday period. we came a week after and they didnt change ir for us even though when I bought it as a present, I would be able to change it after we could come back from our holiday (early feb) Horrible service and very poor customer service
