        I saw a pair of boots in the Palm's branch, and decided to buy them from Eastgate a few days later. The lady at the counter was lovely and very friendly. Great at small talk!

        Went there today with a pretty good idea of what thought I wanted. Had fantastic service from Sophie and found out I was stuck in the 80s when it comes to shoes and bought a really nice pair through her recommendation that through text pics got approved from home and Im looking forward to wearing tomorrow!!
