As a tourist I didnt have much experience with international parcel service. But on this day Mrs. Claudia helped me so much, with my parcel, she was super friendly and has had a lot patience to help me through the whole process. Now I know how to send, at the end it was very easy if you know how. But its always a pleasure if you have great and friendly employees in your company.

Had a bad experience today with the blonde young girl getting rude about my comment that I had to explain what service I needed for the 3rd time after she took over from her colleague and I had been to a different post shop already. I wonder if it was because of my accent? Anyway left me feeling discriminated and treated disrespectfully. Very disappointing.

Had to do transactions here twice in the past month and middle-aged lady at the counter was never helpful and borderline rude.
