        Misleading information given by courier staff. I send parcel to overseas and ask its gonna be any tax or duty on gift item and they said nah it's not gonna be and I end up paying 300$ as custom duty.

        Horrible experience. Rude, arrogant staff. The guy behind the counter was condescending and literally dumped my parcel in the pile without consideration. I don't recommend anyone use their service, if you can even call it that.
