Myself and my flatmate went into the store. They had what I needed but unfortunately the attitude from 1 staff member was poor. My flatmate was transferring to purchase something and from sitting almost the entire visit stood up to basically yell at him no photos when he was transferring money for a purchase. Wont be going back in store again very disappointed as the other girl was lovely and very helpful

Went in to store to grab some rope, had one on the wall and asked a worker their to check out back and the lovely lady Chloe went out back and hunted and found the everything we need. True queen Thanking you kindly from Michael and B

Brilliant store, the staff are welcoming and happy to help at the drop of a hat, overall great store! I was super shy and awkward when I first walked in but the lady with the face tattoos really made me feel confident and comfortable the more we spoke so thank you I will be coming back

The lady who helped me and my partner throughout out visit was super amazing. Super knowledgeable on the products and helped us with the pros and cons on certain products making sure we got the best deal possible.

Thank you to whoever served me on 6 June (Kath? - recently from Auckland, originally from deep south)! Phoned before 10am on Queens Birthday Monday to see if open and had games. Someone very helpfully took the call when she was working to open the store. First time shopper so r e a l l y appreciated the way she casually checked if I needed assistance and offered advice. "Sensations" was a great game to buy! "Not tacky" as my wife put it the next morning. Still a few 'favours' owed from that night and we're only part way through the challenges. Looking forward to another weekend away to win some more.
