        Any problems with EQC talk to GCCRS. We found 5-10mm cracks running the length of our house through our slab in 4 different areas when carpet was lifted for laying. EQC dismissed this as concrete shrinkage. GCCRS were recommended to us and we are so pleased we engaged them. Sarah our case manager has been awesome and Leanne who subbed for a face to face site visit with EQC took a professional but no nonsense approach with EQC engineers. EQC have now agreed to fix our slab. Don't stress re EQC just contact GCCRS to help you. An extra big thanks to Sarah.
