        They donot listen customer. They just saying their things. No card left and even they dnt know where exact my parcel is. Unprofessional.

        Rude, Unprofessional people. Third class customer service. Face expression shows like they are not working but enjoying in friend party. This behaviour also shows the standard of nzpost We stay at home all the time. No one came to deliver parcel but left slip in letter box. Looks like they do not have caurier drivers but hired some to deliver slips.
