Nigel has consistently gone above and beyond to get our bookings right. Although the travel industry is incredibly busy at the moment, and our itineraries have been anything but straightforward, he has always come up trumps. We popped into House of Travel after placing 2 enquiries online that we had no response to. If you need an appointment to visit, perhaps put that on your website. And if youre THAT busy maybe have more than 2 members of staff on. We wont be booking our holiday through House of Travel - although not for lack of trying.

Princess at HOT was great to work with. She patiently listened to our requests and worked hard on our behalf to get the flights that we wanted. I would highly recommend this service, we are going forward with confidence and look forward to travelling.
