Warehouse Stationery Eastgate

Came into store last week, was served by a gentleman called Richard who was very knowledgeable about products in store. Richard is definitely an asset to this store, he was very helpful and his customer service was above and beyond.

Whilst this store is definitely understaffed for the demand it has, the staff handle it with such composure and kindness. I was served by Sam and he was lovely and compassionate when I'd been waiting for a while (due to a long line of printing customers). I would love to see at least one staff member assigned to the sales and printing counters at all times to make sure there's less wait, but I work in retail as well and know that staffing is a hard issue to fix at times.

Excellent friendly service from Dawn and another lady whose name I didn't catch. Rather than having to get my whole 13 -copy print job re-done after I made a mistake, I was able to pay a small amount to have a single corrected page inserted by hand into each spiral bound copy. No drama!
