MK Osteopathy

I started my treatments with Milosz one year ago after damaging my knee trail running - after which I could barely kneel, stay sitted for long periods of time nor walk downstairs. Since then, with MiIosz help and outstanding expertise, I have picked up road running, re-balanced my body and eventually ran a half marathon a few weeks ago. Milosz has been absolutely essential in my fast progress - not only because of his expert and effective osteophathy skills, but also because his explanations have taught me how to better move and exercise my body to avoid injuries.

Milosz has been great at identifying, treating, and providing an easy to follow exercise program to help me. I'd recommend seeing him if you suffer from an imbalance, especially in the shoulder!
