Awesome customer service from a bloke (maybe called cam?) who knew heaps about tramping boots. Unfortunately the store didn't have a ramp to walk down and test the fit of the boot.

Terrible customer service. FOX pads that were faulty and told to contact fix for a warranty! The pads were new and made incorrectly. Warranty? Ill stop shopping at torpedo 7 now.

Nice big shop but not much in it. Looking for ski pants for teenage girl wasn't much variety helpers were hard to find.

Sold a bike with faulty rim that punctured the tube twice, was told the first time they didn't have tools to fix. Second time we returned the bike and went to Evo cycles, much better experience at Evo.

Bought a road bike for a considerable sum and on the first ride the bike was a death trap - derailleurs werent set making only 3 gears usable, brakes not set so when I pulled I touched the handles. There is no way a bike builder and the checker should be this poor. If you are after a proper bike, go elsewhere and deal with people who care about riding and take pride in their work. Dont even get me started on trying to get through to seek a resolution either - no answer and no accountability
