Quite simply the best decision I have made this year! Jane has made a huge difference to my life. Her personal training is exceptional but being faced with the unknowns of a changing body with peri menopause I am very grateful for her insights , compassion and understanding of what I am going through has changed my life for the better!

Professional, friendly trainers. Jane is a very good listener and observer. She is always looking at how to improve my physical fitness. The balance and resistance work we do has contributed to the high levels of osteoporosis I once had now being negligible without me having to take medication. Quite an achievement! She has a positive and kind approach. I really like attending this small facility as I am always made to feel welcome by Jane and Paul.

As an older runner, the enemy is niggles that never seem to go away which often equates to more time waiting to heal than actually running. The analysis, advice and suggested routines provided by Paul and Jane are the result of a very professional and knowledgeable team. Their method of looking at the cause of the injury has given me a better appreciation of how things work and how to stay healthy and keep running. Thanks guys!
