Popped in to try and source a spare part for an older tap, accidentally walked into the showroom instead of the trade section having never been there before. The Showroom: The three receptionists looked annoyed that I had walked into the room, didn't have the courtesy to say hello, and generally looked disdained at my presence. Incredibly standoffish. The Trade area: Excellent service, was immediately assisted with information about the broken part I was looking to replace, and offered sensible alternate solutions. Worth dropping by.

Have been dealing with the team at Oakleys on a full Reno which I have never done before. The advice that I got and the help from the whole team has been outstanding couldnt ask for anything more. Highly recommend, they will make the whole process stress free is amazing with out a doubt the best place to go

We were very impressed with the advice and options available however, disappointed with some aspects of service and with being ignored - still waiting for a response to phone calls and emails, in the end we paid somebody else to do the finishing touches satisfactorily. We now have a great bathroom but it came at a high cost!
