        Excellent female Police Officer was in civilian clothing. She was so warm and excellent in her service that she came around the counter to help even though she didnt have to.

        Not helpful at all. The person was trying to act tough by trying to intimidate me but i came there to report incident that happened to me. I felt sorry for the little boy next to me who got everything stolen from him and couldnt get home. Still they cant speak to him in manner to make the situation less scary for the young lad. Dont know if empathy is part of the job scope, if not, please add that when victims are reporting please.
