I have always been a bit hesitant regarding choosing a realtor, As I envision it as a long drawn out process, I chose Harcourts because of the profile they have in the community. I talked with Sam and Josh , They viewed the property. Told me their advert plans , and assured me it would sell as it was a property with a lot of pluses. I just left them to it. Being always updated. Long and short of it is , It went to auction , Sold quickly , And at a figure we were very happy with. If I were to sell again I would use them without a doubt. They are both very easy to talk with and I kinda enjoyed the process. Thanks Guys! Well Done!

I could not recommend Sam & Josh enough! They went above and beyond for us during our house hunting journey with Sam even getting under a house to check the piles for us. Their knowledge and attention to deal was a real life saver and we truly could not have done this without them! We have recently sold a home through Harcourts Ferrymead and Sam was the agent we used for this sale. We found Sam very easy to work with to decide on the format for the sale and he worked very hard to promote our home and to get the best possible price for it.
