        Gemma Tipple was the agent for the house we ultimately bought at auction. Easygoing and helpful, she accommodated us visiting the house multiple times before and after we bought. She gave good advice and took the time to do things like check the A/C and garage door remotes were working. We liked working with her.

        Couldn't be happier. Christopher was the agent who sold us our home 8 years ago. As a buyer he was never pushy, but was very informed and organised, and he communicated well. He made buying the house as easy as possible, and even dropped in once we had moved in with a welcome gift. When we decided to sell recently we knew Christopher was the agent for us. He is very detail orientated and made sure we had all our ducks in a row before listing the house so everything would go smoothly. Christopher not only knows the market incredibly well, but is very perceptive and knowledgeable about human behaviour, and interacts with people accordingly. When it comes to real estate Christopher is definitely someone you want on your team. We would recommend him wholeheartedly and would use him again in a heartbeat.
