These guys were there straight away to check our property out and to give us a price for purchasing. The first three to four days went really well then when we were ready to settle with them it was brought to our attention that a caveat had been placed on the said property. I mentioned to them it shouldn't take too long to sort. After 3 months of back and forth and great support they were still there with there original offer. Now I can put that all behind me knowing that we sold to great guys and they'll certainly make it look nice for resale. Thankyou guys for putting up with all the hassles behind the scenes.

Billy was extremely competent and gave me excellent explanation of how they arrived at a valuation for earthquake damaged home. I did get a slight;y better offer from a competitor but they were so inefficient that I had already signed with Your Property Solutions by then and the difference was so small it really just confirmed Billy had given me a fair price. A nice touch was when Billy brought me a gift over the Christmas break just to say thank you.
