        We have just moved into our first home by Brooksfield and we are absolutely over the moon. Its beautiful and I feel proud to show others our stand out heritage home! Not only do we love the house itself and that it is such a considerate build (solar panels, wool carpet, wool insulation, plant based paint) the whole process was so easy and the team were extremely professional and helpful. They answered any questions we had, and being our first home we had many! Even when originally we were deciding between an existing home and a brooksfield, they were so helpful and knowledgeable and gave us their time. In the end we went with Brooksfield as they gave us the best of both worlds getting to have that heritage finish but all the joys of a new home and knowing it was a solid investment without any surprises. 100% recommend Brooksfield to anyone looking for an investment or home, the more of these popping up in Christchurch the better!
