Meat needs cooking properly & resting so plate doesn't arrive swimming in blood. 2 adults Thursday 19th Jan 2023 Staying in the hotel for 3 nights b&b breakfast is good. We have been travelling since 22nd Nov 2022 Australia now New Zealand and this was by far the worst meal we have eaten. Had to send it back to the kitchen. Told the waitress to relay what I'd said to the chef but not sure that she did. Very disappointed
