Herba Gourmet

Tried this place out for lunch and have to admit I found it a little disappointing. Ordered the fish and chips with the beet/feta salad. The salad was delicious, but the fish was a tad dry and the chips bland even with the dipping sauce. Perhaps the oil the potatoes are fried in could be seasoned a bit more? Or, the potatoes are cut into smaller chips, so more of the oils flavour comes through?

I was introduced to this place a year ago by a friend who is a celiac/vegetarian. We both Love this place to a point where we go there twice a week. They recently increased their price which is understandable with current inflation going on everywhere and For the past month we have noticed that our salad serving has gotten smaller, and by small I dont mean 2 to 3 less leaves I mean really noticeably small and me/my friend doesnt get the same volume despite ordering the same. Sometimes my friend get smaller and I laugh and sometimes I get smaller to which he/she laughs, Fries often get too dry or under cooked, This has happened on 4-5 occasions and seriously we are not finding it funny anymore And today the same this happened. Within a reason and good faith, I understand that sometimes things cant go the way we customer want but I am afraid this doesnt become a habit. Please this is out of our love for Herba Gourmet and hope manager or staff will look into the serving volume and texture, as honestly they have really gotten smaller, I would still continue going there as I love their food and hope things get better.
