        I came in to get the battery in my car key replaced but they put the wrong battery in which meant I couldnt get into my car at all. I didnt know this until much later because I didnt have time to check it until after I finished work. All it took was one YouTube video to figure out the mistake so I had to go get the right battery after 30 minutes of struggling. Which then of course worked. I suspect the man at Mister Minit knew exactly what he was doing as when it came time to pay, he only presented the machine to me side on so I couldnt see how much he was charging me. When I turned my head to look, I was redirected to the part of the machine where I can tap my card. Seems a bit sketchy to me but he was nice enough so I trusted him. Extremely disappointed and furious that my time was wasted on someone who cant do their job properly. I just went again to ask for a refund, explained the above situation including the battery types, I was met with arrogance and belittling. I couldnt even finish my sentence when he interrupted. I repeated that the key didnt work and he declared that if it didnt work then it wasnt a battery problem. At this point, I had to walk away as I couldnt cope with the pure arrogance and rudeness. It clearly wasnt a battery problem since I replaced the battery with the correct one and now it works fine. The mistake is one thing. Not even being open to exploring the matter further, is another.

        Was very impressed with quick fast service...arrived right on the dot of opening hours (he hadn't even set up yet) to get a watch battery put in. He was very obliging and friendly. Would reccommend and will return again sometime.
