Highly and hugely recommend. The space is beautiful and clean. The staff are kind and explain everything clearly. I have floated many times and I absolutely love it. So good for mental health & wellbeing, self care & "me time". Would recommend to everyone. I love that you can choose your music, get a herbal tea and yummy treat post float. Beautiful products to use in the showers etc. Can't fault Cloud 9. I'm now a weekly floater lol, my advice to newbies is to take your time, leave the wee light on and lid up if your nervous. Once you've done it a few times you'll feel more comfortable and confident to find the way you love to float.

Spontaneously booked a 55min floating sesssion. I really enjoyed the stay, the facilities are clean and embedded in a modern and calming design. I was treated very kind! After the session a fresh brewed tee (lemongrass, ginger, kawakawa) was waiting for me, besides a piece of kakao based chocolate. There where all kinds of renaturating skin soaps and oils to use after the dehydrating float. Clear instructions where given. Only one little shortcoming: due to the tight booking scedule, I felt responsible to time myself right. Would have preferred to not think about time during my stay! Thank you.
