After waiting 30 minutes, company could provide an eta for pick up on a quiet night. Gold band were able to provide an eta and pick up within 10 minutes

Booked a taxi through their online booking page, but received no email nor text confirmation. So called them directly to confirm, they said all good it had been booked. Called them a few mins after taxi supposed to have turned up and the booking doesnt even exist. Terribly run company - dont use.

It was really disappointing to arrive at Christchurch airport tonight to find our booked shuttle unable to be there, but all was fine, they said just find a Blue Star taxi, give us the cab number and they can take you . We found cab 51 and passed on the number , but the very unhelpful and rude driver of cab 51 , told us to naff off and drove off . If that is the first impression visitors to NZ get, not to mention travellers returning after 2 days travelling, then the driver of Cab 51 needs to find some other line of work where he doesnt have to deal with the public, It wasnt the usual helpful NZ way we known for .
