Absolutely horrific service. Guy serving had no interest in helping and was very blunt and extremely rude. Will not be coming back and am thoroughly unimpressed.

Goodish experience, could have been more friendly and helpful, as I'm not that knowledgeable about what to get. Getting back into it after giving up smoking for 5+ years, a lot has changed since then, was interested in the 0% nicotine products.

Great quality products tbh, i have been twice but the second time the customer service was horribly rude and unhelpful, was asking to buy some juice but he didnt move out from the front desk to help me out , very bad attitude, i asked him y is he not patient with me! Never going there again despite their good vape juice as customer service for me is a priority Update: the store manager called me and apologised, now I feel this store cares about their customer service and they actually value their customers, he even offered me free bottles of juice as compensation, thank you so much guys for calling me.
