Absolutely wonderful staff. Ian is fantastic and always patient and caring when explaining any health issues or concerns. Ive had to call several times for emergencies, both during and after hours, and Ive always had a quick, empathetic response, and have been guided through whatever needs to be done. Could not recommend more highly!

Delwyn treated my cat for about a year. At one stage, she was meant to call me about a procedure for him and didn't get back to me for over 5 weeks. When I did finally talk to her, she was angry with me for trying to get in touch with her. She then said I had fallen off her to do list then she started crying and then said "I can't talk about it now, I'll fill you in when I see you." All I had wanted was for her to contact me about the procedure as she had promised. Her behaviour was very unprofessional. I tried to contact Ian Ross several times to talk about it as perhaps Delwyn was under stress. Neither Ian nor Delwyn contacted me to to apologise or discuss her behaviour so I moved vets. Consistently professional behaviour at my new vet. Worrying and incompetent behaviour from Delwyn and Ian. Very strange experience.

First vet I've gone to in Christchurch, would highly recommend, they're extremely attentive and it's a friendly environment - my cat even loves going to the vet now haha

I have 3 cats and they all go to The Cat Vet Bealey Ave because they are just so good. They have a Scanner, how good is that, better than our Hosital system !
