        I had such a lovely time booking my weekend in quail island with Alex, she was very helpful and awesome. Great customer service, so much that you would even like to invite her to join us.

        The opening hours on the website don't mention it's not staffed at lunchtimes. Even when there's 4 staff at the iSite part of the building none will help with annual but passes etc at these times
