We just had double glazing installed in over 1/2 of our house. While they are expensive... it was money well spent. We will be back next year to have Nulook finish the job. Thats a no-brainer for us. We already notice the difference... 1) Haven't lit the fire yet. 2) Noticed a reduction in outside noise... thats a bonus. 3) And obviously increasing the value of our house. Great customer service... Rachel was amazing! And timeline to installation was even sooner than predicted. An all round good experience.

This is a fair, honest, genuine and legitimate review from a paid customer in Christchurch. What it is not, is a puff-up review from a relative or something. The images here are a tiny example of each window throughout our home, and unfortunately we are one of the growing amount of victims in North Canterbury of "Nulook' Workmanship. There has also been a list of negative reviews that we were cautious of prior to using this company, that have are now somehow not displayed. I wish we took note of those in the first place. My advice, would be to check Reddit forums. On a strange twist of audacity and arogance, one of the sales reps is dumb enough to park outside a home in Pegasus town, where every single customer they have ripped off around the place can see, more than likely spitting at the ground as they walk past in disgust. Look I am sure there is one or two good reviews.. including some from friends and employees. But all you really need to do is ask anyone at your next Social Occasion, and wait for the negativity to flow. Take my advice, look at our photo's of a TINY example (this house was build just 14 months ago) also take into consideration your future heating bill from thier screwups and shoddyness, then make a decision.

We are thrilled with our complete window replacement in our 1990's home. Rachel and Christian were very patient and helpful throughout the planning and finetuning stages, and the end result is wonderful! Home feels quieter and warmer already, and it has really modernised the look of the place.
