Would give 0 if I could. Absolutely abysmal experience, highlights include cancelling our booking the day before our wedding, despite the invoice being paid days earlier, stranding our guests in a baking hot carpark for an hour and delaying the wedding. The driver didn't know how to get to the location and had to be guided, then had the audacity to complain about us to our guests, then "lost" our phone number when we asked to be transferred to someone higher up. A refund was promised, but 10 days later no follow through, more back and forwards by email. Totally disappointing, book someone else.
