Walked in off the street looking for slightly unusual low value part. Fella there-possibly the owner- took the time of day to find a similar part and adjust with an angle grinder to make a perfect replacement part which then saved me 100s of bucks on replacing a whole component. I offered him a few bucks for his time which he declined. All done in a pleasant and friendly matter. Legend. It all may seem a small deal but a service transaction like this made my day in a reasonably difficult time and allowed my son to spend another day in the mountains doing what he loves. Businesses like this are the heart and soul of New Zealand.

Always willing, Flexible, helpful and trustworthy. Some of the best people I have met in NZ in over 11 years. Genuine is the word that comes to mind.
