Well. Despite there being a sign with the hours 9.30-5 and the contradictory hours online of 9.00-3.00 it was not open at either of those times. We arrived, waited, and called the numbers available. It was quite frustrating because I was with my two toddlers who were desperately eager to see everything. I've given it 3 stars because we've been before and it was great. Obviously our second visit was Fairlie disappointing.
