Encountered Stewart at the home show stand and initially took them up on their no obligation offer. We did some shopping around and it was hard to better their deal. They were easily the best product NZ made and also the service was excellent both at the selection, installation and communication. Special mention to Caleb?(sorry I'm sure I got your name wrong) at the shop floor who knew so much about selecting underlay and carpet weight at his young age we were almost worried for him (just kidding you were awesome). I'd recommend them. Kevin was right, they are worth talking to.

Pretty woeful service all round. 1st project carpet termination was abysmal yes they came back and tried to solve the issue. A mistake made by a contractor. With hindsight should have had the entire carpet replaced. Second project grumpy salesman turns up, Removal of 11m tiles and lay new flooring. Measures grunts a little leaves 3 months later no quote, no return phone call. Really dissapointing given the level of advertising promises given. Need to try harder. Much harder.
