I never go out of my way to post Google reviews, but feel it is necessary to voice the experience I had at this specific store. Received the most horrible, deliberately nasty customer service, that was backed up with an extremely nasty comment from one of your team members. I will be taking the complaint further to make sure it reaches the appropriate people, because as a store manager in retail myself. I have honestly never witnessed anything so rude, and that's saying a lot being in the game myself for over 6 years. I really have no words and cannot believe my experience to be honest. Cut the snarky rude remarks and treat ALL customers with basic respect? It's really not difficult.

It was really bad experience i bought trouser on sale and it was wrong size next day i went there asked them to exchange the size i didn't remove the tag but lost the reciept somewhere i had proof of bank account but staff was so rude and agitated. i requested her so many times

Everytime i go shopping on a Thursday night I am greeted by Drew who i find out last Thursday 24 November is the Assistant Manager there. Really good customer service but not too pushy. Riccarton is my go to store as i dont receive the same level of service at the other CHCH stores.
