Bought a vape (boom) from shop. When bought store owner pulled vape from back of counter not on shelf. After about 30m vape lost taste and was horrible. Returned vape and store owner replaced with another boom vape from the same pack. The same thing happened but he got me to try in store. After 30 minutes it tasted disgusting again so tried to return the next day due to faulty product. Owner then denied having a faulty batch refused to check and wasn't interested in listening. Claiming I was lying. Used to shop here but from this experience won't be shopping again

These people are so rude!! Spend your money elsewhere. You shouldnt run a dairy if you hate everybody that walks in. Disgusting

Im not sure why there are so many reviews stating friendly service I got burped in my face by the shop worker and not spoken a word to, for the older gentleman, looks like hes been slapped in the face. I moved into Ilam 6 weeks ago and every visit Ive had to this dairy has ended in rude service. I now walk 5 minutes further for friendlier attention. Such a shame as all the other shop owners in this strip are wonderful.

This is my local. Cheap milk and fast service. Opens early and closes later than most dairy's. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews, of which are both family members of an individual complainant, this place is choice.
